Summary:
A lovely 2 bedroom apartment set within a period building that has recently been modernised. The apartment has been finished with modern appliances and furnishings, and has more than enough space for up to 3 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in a home away from home. Located in the heart of the city just a stone's throw from the train station and a short walk to the shops restaurants and bars, this is the ideal base for your stay in Preston.
The Space:
The apartment combines a period exterior with a modern interior, finished with contemporary furnishings and all the home comforts you could need. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single), a bathroom with a bath tub and a beautiful open plan living space with a fully fitted kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home. There's a dining table so you can sit and enjoy your meals, a comfortable sofa and armchair for you to unwind and watch movies on the smart Tv, as well as free Wifi throughout. Towels and toiletries are provided at the beginning of your stay. Free parking on site is also included.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Located on a quiet street but still in a central area of Preston, the main Fishergate shopping centre, along with an array of bars, cafes and restaurants are just a 10 minute walk away. Just 5 minutes walk takes you to the River Ribble, perfect for a scenic evening stroll along the riverbank and up to Miller and Avenham Parks.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, most of the city is accessible on foot. There are also local bus services leaving from the end of the road. The main train station is only a 10 minute walk away, and has rail links throughout the UK. For those travelling by car, Preston is a relatively easy city to drive in and parking is also included at the property. Both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks are just an hours drive away.
Other Things to Note:
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note that the entrance door to your apartment does NOT lock automatically, you have to manually turn the lock when in the apartment and lock with the key when leaving.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
