The pool is heated all year at approximately 24º CLuxury villa with private heated pool located in the Antigua area next to the beach and the shopping centre, totally new and furnished with incredible detail that has excellent equipmentA fully equipped kitchen and living room with a comfortable sofa, air conditioning and flat-screen TV. It has two bathrooms with a shower tray and another with a bathtub and all the necessary elements. The villa has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, air conditioning, built-in furniture and a bathroom, and another two with two single beds each and a built-in wardrobe. To highlight the barbecue area and its large pool area and solarium where you can enjoy its spectacular sunsets.Among the equipment, we find air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, flat screen TV, washing machine, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils in general, hair dryer, ironing board, etc... and many other elements to enjoy a stay on the island.The property is completely private, and for the exclusive use of guests, it is located in a residential complex.The delivery of keys is made in the lodging, a person will make the reception and delivery of keys. We will always be at your disposal, either digitally or by phone and at the times indicated.The location allows you to reach the beach in a few minutes and enjoy the leisure, shopping and restaurants that offer all the area of Caleta de Fuste and its wonderful white sandy beach. Caleta de Fuste is one of the best areas of Fuerteventura, just minutes from the International Airport. The capital Puerto del Rosario, has an excellent golden sand beach and all kinds of services. The privileged location in a central area of the island allows you to visit it from north to south with great comfort. Thousands of tourists visit Caleta de Fuste every year due to its strategic location, sunshine hours, and excellent weather throughout the year. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the wonderful sun of Fuerteventura, its tranquillity and a good atmosphere.In the vicinity of the accommodation you can move on foot, you have everything very close if you want to go out to see the island, the bus service is excellent, there is a station within walking distance if you ask us we can leave you all the schedules and we can help you with recommendations. Nice Villa shame about the management company

Firstly the villa is beautiful and the swimming pool was one of the warmest we have ever had.Sadly the pool was not properly maintained. When we arrived there was dirt in the bottom of the pool. Only once during our 2 week stay was the pool cleaned. When we left the pool had dirt in the bottom again and the steps were discoloured. The information book says the pool will be cleaned twice a week. This is not happeningDuring our stay there was a fault with a lock on one of the external doors. It took the property management company 6 days to send a repair person.For 6 days the villa was left unlocked. We had to take all our valuables out with us everytime we went out.The day after the repair guy attended the faulty lock it failed all together. They sent the repair guy back and he changed the unit.The property maintenance company decided this was our fault and kept our security deposit.It took an intervention from our bank to get a reply and a partial refund.I would never, ever book anything managed by Lightbooking again.We left the villa spotless, we always do when we rent a place. There was no reason to keep our security deposit. The handle failed after the repair guy attended, nothing to do with us.To the owners of the villa if they read these reviews. They left your villa with a faulty external door lock for 6 days. The pool is not being cleaned. They have cost you a repeat booking. I would be at the very least asking questions of Lightbooking if this was my villa

Best villa holiday ever

The villa is beautiful, very modern and well maintained. Very spacious too. It's close to a shopping centre (5 minute walk or 2 min drive) and to walk into Caleta Town Centre only takes 15 mins. We've stayed in a few villas around caleta but this is by far the best.

Beautiful and modern Villa, completely private with heated pool

Our first visit to Fuerteventura, villa was excellent and had everything we needed. Very private and quiet area within walking distance of a small shopping centre and cafes but around a 20 minute walk to the centre. We had a hire car so wasn’t an issue for us getting around. Check in information was provided along with directions to Villa before we arrived and was relatively easy to follow. There is no information pack in the villa which would help if you are visiting for the first time. Would highly recommend this villa and would book again.

Beautiful Villa but very disappointed with the service

The Villa itself is beautiful, however, there were a number of issues that were not good! First of all communication was appalling and only when I was in a cab from the airport was I advised to collect the keys for the Villa at the airport. I should have been told this way before I arrived. On returning to the airport no one there knew anything about a place to collect keys for Villas and said I must collect at the property, so another Cab to Caleta later and then Lightbooking’s sent me a photo of the building where keys are collected at the Airport! So I had to get another cab back to the airport and finally collected the keys then a cab back to Caleta! Then none of the keys would open the main door to the complex, meaning we had to wait for a resident to enter or leave before we could get in! There was no guest information folder at the Villa, no instructions for the Alarm system, no Safe in any of the rooms, the Pool was not heated for the first 8 days of our Holiday, even though I contacted the ‘Host’ to advise it was not heated and we could not use it! Finally the man cleaning the pool switched the heating on after making a phone call! The Patio doors are faulty and took several attempts before we were able to lock them, the en-suite bathroom sink is blocked, there were no mattresses for the sun loungers and no trays or tools for the outside BBQ. On top of this I paid an additional fee for ‘cleaning’ no cleaning was done by anyone except us, what was this money for?
