The garage is equipped with a washing machine and an extra refrigerator, making your stay even more convenient.
On the canal side of the villa, you have access to a spacious garden that is partially paved and partially grassy. Here, you can enjoy the 5 x 8.5 meter swimming pool, an outdoor shower, and a lovely waterside terrace with a 17-meter mooring. The covered terrace offers a sheltered spot where you can relax with a drink, surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture, including a dining table, four sun loungers, and a cozy lounge set to enjoy the view.
Upon entering the villa, you step into a bright living room, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a TV with German and Dutch channels. A fireplace adds an extra touch of coziness. To the right of the living room, you will find the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, and fruit juicer. The dining area features a round table with six chairs, perfect for enjoyable meals with family and friends.
The villa has three bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. The bedroom on the right is en suite and features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning, spacious built-in wardrobes, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. On the other side of the living room, there are two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, and sink. In the right bedroom, there are two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with air conditioning and large built-in wardrobes. The left bedroom features a spacious double bed (180 x 200 cm), also with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi and a barbecue for delicious outdoor meals. Please note that bed linen is not included in the price but can be rented for €15 per person (sheets) or €25 per person (sheets + towels). Groups of young people are not accepted. Small dogs are allowed (supplement of €50).
