Our charming one-bedroom apartment, located in Costa de Antigua near Caleta de Fuste, offers everything you need for a sunny holiday!
Located in the Bouganville complex, this apartment welcomes you with a warm and cozy atmosphere.
Inside you will discover a practical layout that is perfect for relaxation and family gathering.
The apartment has an excellent location; with beautiful beaches a 7 minute drive away, local restaurants and lovely shops just a few minutes walk away.
With a south-facing balcony, you are assured of plenty of sunlight during the day. Take a seat at the dining table on the balcony and be pampered by a beautiful view of the ocean.
Upon entering you immediately feel the warm and inviting atmosphere in the well-equipped lounge corner! The sofa bed with ottoman not only provides a place to relax, but also additional sleeping accommodations for guests. A mattress topper is available for the sofa bed, so that you can still sleep comfortably on the sofa. Bed length 2 meters wide 1.40m. The cozy lounge area connects seamlessly via sliding doors to your own balcony.
The compact but fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals.
The spacious bedroom is your personal sanctuary, where you can relax. Due to its location on the north side, it also remains nice and cool in the bedroom on hot days. There is an fan available in the bedroom and there is enough space to store the suitcases.
The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower cabin, a sink with a towel cabinet, and a toilet.
There is also a washing machine for extra convenience. You can also store your personal belongings in the towel cabinet.
BOUGANVILLE COMPLEX
Residence Bouganville is a combination of holiday rentals and permanent residents. It is built around the large swimming pool and consists of apartments and bungalows. Centrally, between the gardens and paths, is the large swimming pool and paddling pool with sun beds, showers and the old pool bar.
The complex is a bit older but is well maintained by the owners' association. There is a friendly atmosphere on the complex and that makes it attractive for both holidaymakers and permanent residents.

When we bought our first apartment on Fuerteventura, we had only one goal: "We wanted our own place 3200 km from the Netherlands where we could feel at home and relax. We are both retired and would like to share our passion for Fuerteventura with you by renting out our apartment. It is an ideal location to discover the island on your own. In short, recharge our batteries and experience the unique atmosphere of Fuerteventura.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The tranquility and central location, together with the phenomenal view over the coast and the edge of the village, were the deciding factor for us to buy an apartment here. The cozy balcony is sheltered from the ever-present wind on Fuerteventura and that makes it pleasant on the balcony. So you can sit there for a long time to come.
A bus stop right next door with a bus that goes every half hour to El Castillo and Salinas and in the other direction to the airport and capital Pto.del Rosario.
Large supermarkets can be reached on foot 1 km.

The Uniqueness
The advantage is the location, after a short walk along the passeo you are in the middle of the bustle of the El Castillo tourist area. The village/district of Costa de Antigua, on the other hand, is wonderfully quiet, so you are not obliged to stay in the crowds and bustle, but you can get there quickly if you need to.
Local Host/Hostess
Naturally, we cannot always be on site when you go on holiday in our apartments. That is why we use a local host during the summer months to welcome you and hand over the keys. During the same summer period, the final cleaning will be done by people who live nearby.
