The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric induction hob, standard microwave, convection oven microwave, fridge/ freezer and a small table and chairs seating two guests. The living area is perfect for relaxing in after a busy day exploring the local area, so kick back and watch a film on the TV with freeview and a DVD player or listen to the stereo. An ideal position for touring South Devon, there is a lovely beach at Dawlish Warren less than 5 miles away, as well as the nearby beaches of Teignmouth, Exmouth and Torbay. The wild bird sanctuary and reserve at Dawlish Warren is nearby, as is rugged Dartmoor, a haven for wildlife, wild ponies and more strenuous walks. The cathedral city of Exeter is a short easy drive and offers a range of popular shops and boutiques, restaurants, theatre, cinemas and other leisure facilities. Close by, there are other attractions to suit all tastes as well as numerous National Trust properties and gardens. The 3,500 acre Haldon Hills Forest Park is just 5 minutes drive away and is criss-crossed with walking and cycling trails for all abilities, perfectly completed by brunch or a luscious slice of cake in the café.
