The ground floor of the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dinning room and living area with flat screen TV. Interior is modern, fully of sunlight and warm. On the lower floor there is an indoor pool (16 square meters), sauna with shower and direct access to the sunny terrace.

The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each room is equipped with LCD TV and has floor – to – ceiling windows that let in the surrounding nature and emphasize the beautiful view.

The villa is fully air conditioned, has Wi-Fi Internet access and video intercom. There is also a private parking for two cars at the guest’s disposal. If you want to relax and feel the warmth of sun rays, there is a private rocky beach just few steps away from the villa and the large infinity pool with bar at the entrance of the complex, available for all the guests.
