Stylish four bedroom villa close to the beach with ocean view.

Margarita’s Villa V is one of the five autonomous villas located on the 10,000 square meter grounds of the Margarita’s Villa complex, surrounded by olive groves and views of the mountains and sea. All the villas are built in such a way that there is full privacy between them.

Villa V is ideally situated between Chania centre and Agia Marina town and is near many sandy beaches. It is a 190 m2 two-storey villa that can accommodate up to 8 guests in its four bedrooms.

Ground floor

Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the air conditioned living room with a large sofa, a satellite HDTV with Netflix, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances with an island breakfast table. Impressive stone walls decorate the area and the floor-to-ceiling double doors from the living room area lead you to the outdoor terrace. The spacious master bedroom is on the ground floor with a King size bed (1,70 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a bath. The master bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a window with view of the outdoor pool.There is also a Family Room on the ground floor which consists of a bedroom with a King size bed (1,70 x 2,00) with large sliding doors that open to the terrace with mountain view. This bedroom exits to a common area that has a bathroom with a bath, a laundry area with a sink, as well as a staircase that leads to a bedroom loft that has two single beds (0,90x2,00 and 1,20 x 2,00) with a window with mountain view and an air-conditioner. Lastly, there is a WC on the ground floor.

First Floor

The first floor has the fourth bedroom of the villa with two single beds (0,90 x 2,00) that can be joined to created a bed (1,80 x 2,00). This bedroom has an air-condition, ensuite bathroom with a shower and a private balcony with mountain and side sea view.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of the Villa offers views of the olive groves, mountains, and sea and the outdoor facilities include:


- 45m2 infinity swimming pool

- Fully equipped charcoal barbecue with sink for your comfort

- Outdoor dining areas under the shade of a pergola

- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrella and outdoor sofa) for relaxing in the veranda

- Outdoor shower by the pool

- Outdoor parking space for up to two cars

Beautiful and great location

Absolutely fantastic large villa ( V ) with beautiful large pool . Setting is ideal with olive trees all around with amazing views. 15 minutes to chania and 2 minutes to small town. Well placed to visit many places in western Crete. Would book again in an instant.

Beautifully put together property, good sized rooms, very clean, all bedding and towels provided, and Pantelis a great host. Any minor issues swiftly dealt with (there was the beginnings of a wasps’ nest in the outdoor part of the property (it’s Crete, so no surprises) dealt immediately, conveniently and effectively. Pool was lovely with a great view. Easy travel to beaches and wineries, and we visited Elafonisi and Falassarna driveable and stunning to be at. Perfect for our two-family holiday.

Splendide ! Magnifique maison.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Notre hôte était plein de bons conseils. l'endroit est magnifique entouré de champs d'oliviers et d'orangers. Et proche de la Canée. Les matelas sont confortables. Il y a tout le nécessaire sur place pour passer un agréable séjour !
