A beautiful, bright, very large house to rent in Milan City center is ready to use.

Equipped with everything, features 3 bedrooms, separate kitchen, double living room, 2 bathrooms and balconies, and comfortably accommodates 6 people.

A walk in the center, a romantic dinner on the canals, an aperitif in the coolest places in Milan.
The apartment is located in an elegant, historic building, with daytime concierge and lift.

It's an excellent temporary rental apartment for business or tourist stays.
Infact, in a few minutes you can reach the Duomo, the Darsena and Navigli.

The interior furnishings make the atmospheres functional, livable, and refined.
Large windows, high ceilings and the double exposure make it always bright.
The precious parquet, the arched glass window that separates the two lounges, the chandeliers hand down the history of this house.

The apartment is truly equipped with all the accessories and comforts needed to make you enjoy an enchanting and pleasant stay in Milan.

Family Weekend Trip

The property is amazing. Having 5 of us there made it so easy to enjoy the trip and have PLENTY of room! Being close to multiple different metro stops made it very easy to travel around the city, even for my 80 year old grandma. Absolutely recommend it!

A Hallmark Movie in Europe

From the beautiful foyer with its marble staircase to the apartment with its many balconies and well appointed rooms, this was a dream come true for our family. The apartment was in a very convenient location and had gelato shops in either direction. What a fabulous stay! Highly recommended!

Amazing flat in Navigli!

The flat was incredibly beautiful, spacious and well maintained. Perfect my wife and me plus our two teenaged boys. Three separate balconies facing the street and one off the kitchen overlooking a lovely courtyard. The building had classic architecture and was so nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing and dining. The trendy Navigli neighborhood had so much to offer, and so much of the city was a short cab ride away. Gianluca made it so easy to check in and guided us thoroughly on the features of the flat. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apt in convenient neighborhood

Comfortable stay in this lovely airy apartment. Located in a neighborhood with a lot of nightlife and easy commute to sights in city center (tram is around the corner). Management team was lovely. Would stay here again when in Milan!

Good location

Great place cool location

As long as you don’t mind a little hustle and bustle outside this is a great place to stay not in such a touristy area but close enough and also nearby great restaurants and bars along the water. Highly recommended. Very spacious and clean.

Magnificent Apartment in Milan

Two couples stayed in this beautiful apartment. Pictures do not give the property justice. Great location and there was plenty of space for everyone. Easy access to stores and the train station. Treat yourself to a true Milano experience and book this property.

Great Milano apartment

This is a great place to stay when visiting Milan. The apartment is very lovely, spacious, and clean. Communication with the managers is very good. The location is close to the night spots along the Navigli canals and, to our surprise, the apartment is next door to our favorite gelateria chain in all of Italy (Gelateria Romano). The only negative of the apartment is it is not particularly close to any Metro stops. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

Fantastic experience

Vanessa and Nicola were extremely helpful and accommodating to all inquiries and requests. The apartment was spacious , spotless and well equipped. Furnishings beautiful. Location central to all and could walk to all points of interest all amenities were well stocked Wonderful experience !

Cozy and vibrant

We had a great time and loved the apartment being with two teenage girls. Super clean and lots of restaurants, friendly people, and amazing neighborhood. Easy access to the duomo and trains ro get around Milan. Transportation to and from the airport with Nico was very professional. A bit noisy in the front rooms at night but other than that a pleasurable stay.

Charming Stay in Milano!

This is a wonderful apartment! Checking in was easy, very clean and good location. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of room, the living room is just beautiful. It was nice to have apéritif there after a busy day of sight seeing. Fun neighborhood a lot of restaurants, stores and cafe’s. The only negative I can say, is there was noise late at night and being in the street side bedroom I could hear it.

The property was beautiful and spacious but be sure to bring earplugs as the noise from the trains and loud bar patrons will make it hard to sleep. The residents in the apartment below stay up all night and talk loudly.

Nice, spacious apartment

We enjoyed this apartment. It was well appointed, spaciousIt and very close to a supermarket, a gelateria and to the Navigly restaurants. Communication with Nico and Vanessa was easy and they were friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience for us was that getting to the historic center was approximately a 20” walk and taxis/Ubers were not always readily available. From the apartment you can easily take public transportation to all places, but since we were traveling with children in the hot Summer, this was not our preference.

Excellent apartment in a great location

A group of 4 of us stayed here for a week. The apartment was gorgeous and roomy, and very close to all we wanted to see and do in Milan. Its location in the Navigli district turned out to be a huge plus - lots of great restaurants, and a vibrant night-life. We also found ourselves next door to a shop that had the best gelato in Milan (we think). Access to Milan's quite excellent metro system was just steps away. Nico was an excellent host, making sure all our questions were answered and streamlining our very late check-in when we arrived. The kitchen and bathrooms worked very well and had everything we needed. One advisory: the apartment has a washer, but no dryer, so hang drying is required (which we gather is common in Italy). The only negative (for some) is that the street that the apartment is on is busy, and metro trams run on it from early in the morning to late at night. Keep this in mind if you are sensitive to street noise. We recommend the Harmony Flat most highly!

Comfortable, roomy apartment in a vibrant area

We stayed at this apartment in March, a slow time of year for Milan. The neighborhood is vibrant, with many restaurants, cafes and bars within easy walking distance. The canals are just a short 5-10 minute walk. The Duomo piazza is about a 15-20 minute stroll. There are stops for multiple tram lines right outside, but not a close metro station. There are 2 grocery stores within 2-3 blocks, as well as a pharmacy right downstairs. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The 2 rooms facing on the street can be noisy at night, but the room facing the back courtyard is very quiet. Bathrooms are updated and spacious. Kitchen appliances are easy to use, but the kitchen is equipped with utensils only for very basic food preparation. There is a washer for laundry, but no dryer. A drying rack is provided. There is a pay parking garage nearby (we did not use, so cannot advise) Overall, my family was comfortable here and happy with the location. Would consider staying here again on another visit to Milan.

The house was at a good location. The front bedrooms had noise through the night with trams. Earplugs would be needed.Certainly more than One towel per guest would have been nice. The hosts were easy to contact and solved any issues we presented,. The house is lovely and I would not hesitate to book again.
