Villa Julietta is an impressive stone-built villa with a private swimming pool and stunning outdoor areas, situated in a peaceful area yet ideally placed between the two resorts of Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. Finished to a high standard the villa accommodates 6 guests in stylish, spacious and tastefully furnished interiors. Double wooden doors lead into a large hallway, finished with precious marble and featuring a staircase that connects the two floors. The large, purpose-built kitchen is fully equipped and includes a walk-in utility room, kitchen island and a breakfast area with an aluminium/glass-topped table and brightly coloured orange chairs, doors lead out from here to the surrounding terraces. There is a very spacious lounge with a second dining area, Satellite TV (Spanish/English/German), Wi-Fi and comfortable sofas, two sets of glass double doors provide plenty of natural light and give you access out to the terrace. On the ground floor, you will also find a guest toilet and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and access to the garden. On the upper floor, there are 2 further bedrooms, a double and a twin that both have their own bathrooms and direct access out to a panoramic terrace with views to the countryside. The private salt-water swimming pool equipped with sun loungers is set within extensive lawned gardens, carefully landscaped and planted with local trees and shrubs. At night they are beautifully lit creating a perfect atmosphere to enjoy the fantastic poolside kitchen and barbecue whilst spending time sharing meals al fresco and sampling the local wines with family or friends. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
