Pool heating is available under the following conditions:

From September 1st to June 30th, heating is complimentary for temperatures up to 28°C.
From July 1st to August 31st, pool heating is available upon request and charged at €50 per day.
The rental price includes tourist tax and VAT, bathroom amenities, bed linens and towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, pool maintenance, and the services of a dedicated house manager. For larger groups, the villa can be rented together with neighboring properties for additional space and comfort.
