Its large balcony with table and chairs is perfect for having breakfast or enjoying sunsets with breathtaking views of the city. Almost panoramic.
The living room is another great plus of this flat, spacious and super bright. You will find the living room and the dining room. Its comfortable armchair, TV and wifi make it the favourite space for leisure moments; and the dining room, thanks to its large table, is a favourite to enjoy meetings or get-togethers with friends.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is an additional table to enjoy everyday meals.
The flat has 1 large bed, 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. Its 2 bedrooms are furnished and decorated for a restful rest or a moment of relaxation.
The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, bathtub and toilet.

No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 20âŹ, and after 24/12am the fee is 50âŹ.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of âŹ80 will be applied.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
