This apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the city, Gracia.
The apartment is fully equipped, the living room has a comfortable couch and you will also find the dining area in the living room. The TV only has chromecast.
Furthermore, the apartment has two bedrooms with both double beds. The apartment has an en suite bathroom.
The kitchen is also fully equipped, it comes with all the utilities you need to create wonderful tasty meals which you can enjoy with your family or friends in the dining area.
The property is located on the first floor without elevator. There is a small staircase.
The neighborhood:
GrĂ cia is a low-key district of narrow streets and cozy squares dotted with organic grocers, hip co-working spaces and artist studios.
Access to public transport is a few minutes' walk away and it's easy to get to restaurants or cultural hotspots.
