Located ideally away from the rush, but at the same time close to the restaurants and town center and the main port of Supetar, the villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, heated outdoor pool (35 square meters), magnificent sea view, large garden, wine cellar, and darts. It offers accommodation for 6+2 guests in three air-conditioned, beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and with possible extra beds and cots in the bedrooms as well as a double bed in the living room.
The ground floor comprises two contemporary bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a direct exit to the garden terrace. The first floor features a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a large wooden dining table for 10 alongside a spacious living area with LCD TV. The living room offers a direct exit to the terraces and the pool area. There is also a master bedroom with a bathroom and a private terrace with deck chairs ideal for that first-morning coffee overlooking the sea.
A beautiful Mediterranean garden surrounds the 820 square meters large property. At the same time, the pool terrace offers complete relaxation for its guests and a warm homely feeling with sunbeds and an al-fresco dining area with a barbecue.
