HOMEABOUT JUAN DE AUSTRIA APARTMENT:
Bright apartment composed of one double bedroom and one bathroom, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from historical centre. The flat is located on a first floor, accesible only by stairs; It has a private balcony. The main terrace does not belong to the flat, but clients can use it.Supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. It is perfect for families or small groups. The area is calm.
THE FLAT- Living room: the living room is wide with a direct access to the balcony. There is a sofa bed and a TV. It has a split air conditioning (working also as a heater).- Bedroom 1: It is equipped with a double bed of 150cm and a ceiling fan.- Bathroom: complete 3 pieces bathroom with shower.- Kitchen: fully equipped with domestic appliances and all the amenities.
EXTRAS- Our guests have full access to the common terrace in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants.- There is not any washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common laundry in the building.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.
EXTRAS RULES- Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it.- To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat.- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building, except in the terraces.- Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm â 9am. Take care and respect the silence and remember to keep the main entrance door closed all the times.- People not registered in the booking cannot be hosted.
