Disappointment

We have stayed at Highfield grange several times before and all ways enjoyed it, this time on arriving at the caravan the first thing that hit us was the smell of dogs as we entered,stained carpet by the to and on entering the toilet a large pool of water from a badly leaking radiator ( there was a tea towel in situ to absorb the water) the light switch in the bedroom adjacent to the toilet had no middle bit to turn on / off this was on the floor below the fitting. The previous tenants had made a halfhearted attempt at doing the washing up but the cups still had tea/coffee stains and the cutlery was all re washed before use. The curtains in the bedroom opposite the toilet door ( with the two single beds) had only one curtain hook attached and had to be tucked behind the curtain rail to close them. As stated earlier we have had a great time on this site before and usually the vans we hire are well maintained and clean, unfortunately this was not the case this time. Look forward to your reply .
