Mavisbank is a spacious Victorian house resting in Old Deer, Aberdeenshire and can sleep 10 people in five bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining table with seating for three people, a sitting room with a TV and open fire, an additional dining room with seating for 10 people and a woodburning stove, and a boot room/utility. The bedrooms consist of three doubles and two twins, along with a bathroom, shower room and cloakroom. Outside there is a large enclosed garden with gravel, patio, lawn, furniture and sauna, and off-road parking for four cars. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop, and within 0.9 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair, cot and stairgate are available. Two well-behaved pets are welcome at this property. Please be aware this property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £400.
