My mini loft is located in the heart of the most romantic and fascinating district of Rome, the Rione Monti. It is also the most convenient place to visit all the major monuments of the capital. With independent entrance, it is equipped with all comforts: air condition, minibar, hairdryer, TV, information book. Scooters or bikes or guided tours are available. Surrounded by many excellent restaurants and wine bars that make the atmosphere sparkling and fun in the evening relaxation.



The loft, with independent access from the street, is equipped with all the comforts to allow you to better enjoy your Roman adventure. Safe, smart TV, unlimited internet, kettle, coffee machine, towels, sheets, hairdryer and much more. On request: sparkling wine, flowers etc. We try to fulfill any of your requests.

Monti is a young and lively neighborhood. The suite is located in the beating heart of the district and at night, especially during the summer there may be a little noise. All this makes it even more fascinating. The suite does not have a kitchen but we do provide coffee, tea, and all bathroom products.

Check in every day from 3.00 pm The structure is equipped with self check in through Vikey Check out by 11.00 Pets allowed on request It is possible to smoke only outside. Sheets, towels and hairdryer are provided Private shuttle available from the airport for a fee.

Good place for a solo group or small couple. Issue with Hot water was the only thing. 1 shower then thats it. Says dont flip a switch but I didnt flip the second time around and no hot water again. Other than that great place to stay. Location, clean, etc etc

So Adorable!

Our stay at Mini Loft Capocci was very enjoyable. The loft is ground-level and super cute. The bathroom was very functional with great pressure and hot water(not always the case in Italy). And the location was perfect, just blocks from the Colosseum and right in the middle of a fun, vibrant square containing a few restaurants, bistros, and an amazing gelatto place. 10/10 would recommend and will return!

No hot tub and poor check in.

The ad says there was a hot tub, and I asked the property owner if there was a private or public hot tub, and he said private. There is no hot tub at this property. Also, the code that was given to us for check-in was incorrect and, thank goodness we checked other reviews to see the others had the same problem and were able to figure out what the right code was from those reviews. When I asked the property owner about the hot tub, he said whoever responded to my communication two weeks before we arrived. Must’ve misunderstood the question. On the plus side, the vibe near the loft was really good. Great location near Subway and attractions.

Appartamento pulito e staff carino e disponibile. Tuttavia la casa è molto più piccola di ciò che sembra, la porta non blocca in alcun modo i rumori che provengono da fuori (si tratta di fatto di una porta di vetro sulla strada) e non si riusciva a far funzionare l’acqua calda. Ho chiamato l’agente che mi ha detto di aver attivato l’acqua da remoto. Tuttavia non si è mai attivata.
