The beach is also a short walk and is a haven for wildlife with its golden stretches and sand dunes. It is popular with locals and tourists both for sunbathing during the balmy summer months and for blustery walks in winter.

Close by you can visit Africa Alive, Pleasurewood Hills or take a boat out from Oulton Broad, the southern gateway of the Norfolk Broad’s National Park. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub, and restaurant 100 yards.
