Situated in a small residential complex with a communal pool and garden, about 600 metres from the beach and 700 metres from the town, shops and port. Well-equipped, very bright and with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful break.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. 1 bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender and tableware, and with an opening which looks out to the dining area. Well-furnished lounge-dining room with round table and chairs, relaxation and reading area with sofa, armchairs and TV. This is a spacious area with lots of natural light as it has large windows and French windows leading to the outdoor terrace.
Outside there is a very large terrace which goes around most of the apartment, with outdoor furniture, plants and flowers, shower and sink. A lovely terrace located in a very quiet area.

The apartment is close to El Cau del Llop beach, 1 km from the town centre and the Port de Llançà . Because of its situation, this beach is usually visited only by people in the nearby residential areas and has a family atmosphere. Behind the beach is the GI-612 road which goes to El Port de la Selva. The coastal path also passes through here, along a section which isnât very busy and takes us to dozens of small quiet coves and beaches, most of which are not sandy.
