The rooms are located right above the famous Osteria Da Caran in La Spezia. The building dates back to 1800 and houses one of the most famous typical Ligurian trattorias in the region. Rollaway bed available for a third occupant in one of the bedrooms. Sheets, towels, shampoo, soap, shower cap are provided.
The living room is equipped for tea and coffee which can also be used as a space for take away drinks. It is in sharing with other guests of the property. Good to know In the common living room we have a large dining table, coffee maker, sink, refrigerator. The use of all these services is free.
Guests can also bring ready meals or pizza and farinata from the restaurant below, a real treat.
La Spezia train station and the city center are just a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The bus stop is in front of the property. Parking around the property is FREE of CHARGE.
