Strategic Location: A few steps from the "Faria Guimaraes" metro station and close to the tourist attractions: Jardim do Palacio de Cristal, Livraria Lello and Museu Nacional Soares dos Reis, allowing you to easily explore what the city has to offer.

To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.
- Add-ons: Availability of extras such as a travel crib and access to the garage (if this option is available in the apartment, please check the amenities), upon request.
- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.
- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.
- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.
- Silence: It's important to respect the established quiet hours, especially in apartments subject to higher noise exposure.
- Pets: In accommodations that accept them, a policy of care and cleanliness applies, with a possible additional fee in case of non-compliance.
- Travel Cot and High Chair Fee: Fixed fee of âŹ39.00 for each item.
