It gives privacy pure luxury and silence. Enjoy the view into pure nature. Relax with luxury and high end quality in combination with brilliant interior design. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 300 m2 living area and 60 m2 terrace on 2 levels. Pool size is 36 m2. The Villa has high speed wifi and alarm system with cameras.
Arboleda is in an ideal and convenient location, at the heart of the New Golden Mile between Estepona and Marbella and in a well-established residential community surrounded by excellent amenities and walking distance to local shops, bars and restaurants. Arboleda offers a convenient and beautiful location as the villas all face South West towards a lush green woodland â 50,000 m2 of protected nature zone.
These villas are located on the border between Marbella, Estepona and Benahavis with easy access to all three towns and with a plenty of amenities nearby, ideal for convenient everyday living.
Ground floor has one bedroom an open living dining kitchen area, kitchen fully equipped. Kitchen, Living and dining area have a great view to the pool and green zone natural area.
