Located in the charming western suburb of Kalamaki, each villa occupies a 2-acre privately owned estate, only a 10-minute drive from the bustling city of Chania. Designed with discerning guests in mind, these villas provide a haven of tranquility and indulgence, featuring state-of-the-art amenities and 5-star facilities for an incomparable vacation experience.
The villas are equipped with two private 50m2 heated swimming pools, two indoor Jacuzzis, two saunas, and two indoor gyms, ensuring ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Imperium Villas have off-road parking with a sloping driveway beside the Villa to park your car hires. The main entrance is at the front with a few steps up to the front door.
Living Space & Kitchen
Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through three separate floors, making it an idealescape for a large family or a group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic sea view dinning spot. The villa features two wonderful bedrooms on the ground floor, one with direct access to the garden and pool via a balcony door, as well as a queen sized bedroom with garden views from the balcony doors. On the same floor, there is a shared bathroom, allowing plenty of space and comfort for all.
Ascending a beautiful wooden staircase you are found on the first floor which features a master, king sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A sliding glass door leads to a very large glass framed, furnished terrace which overlooks the blue sea, Thodorou Island and the White Mountains.

Each villa owns 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 living spaces, ample exterior spaces with gardens, BBQ, private parking, gym, sauna, Jacuzzi, a large elevated terrace with amazing views and last but not least an outdoor heated pool.
Imperium Luxury Villas, spreads on three floors starting from the lower floor all the way up to the 1st floor, measuring a total of 200m2. On the ground floor one will find an open plan layout that includes, the living space with its large sliding doors, a corner sofa, a 50” LG smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances and the dining area suitable for 8-10 guests. On the same floor there is one king sized bedroom, with direct access to the garden and pool via a balcony door, as well as a queen sized bedroom with garden views from the balcony doors. Both bedrooms feature a 32” LG Smart TV and A/C. Last space on the ground floor is a shared bathroom with a large, glass shower cabin with granite countertop basin.
