Latina Design Terrace I apartment in Madrid

This apartment is located in the city centre, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do some shopping at the Rastro, a very varied open-air market.

The apartment:

This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, induction hob and everything you need to cook, and the living room, tastefully decorated and with a nice sofa next to the dining area. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.

The sleeping area has four double bedrooms, all with double beds.
It has three shower rooms.
There is Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property, the heating hours will be from 13:00 to 23:00.

This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find a public car park about 150 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted access for road traffic. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
