Our apartment is great for every season in Madrid. From the lovely spring to the summer or winter, we are in the best location in town: only 1 minutes walking from Gran Via (Callao) and less than 5 minutes walking from the Opera, Sol, chueca etc.
And still this apartment is super quiet in a small street - you will not find any better option to stay in Madrid.
We do have elevator as well in the building.
