Plaza Mayor Attic apartment in Madrid

This apartment is located in the heart of the La Latina neighbourhood, a five-minute walk from Plaza Mayor and just a few steps from Plaza de Tirso de Molina and Plaza de la Cebada. La Latina is the oldest neighbourhood in Madrid: its lively streets and authentic places to see are where Madrilenians and tourists coexist in perfect harmony. On Sundays, just a short distance from the apartment, the famous Rastro Market is held, an open-air market that is a must-see in Madrid, where all kinds of items are sold.

The apartment:

With a capacity for 9 people, this apartment is simply delightful. Located on the top floor of an elegant building with a lift, it has been renovated with great style and care. Its Mediterranean-inspired spaces are characterised by a beautiful combination of white and vibrant colours, and a successful mix of vintage and Nordic furniture, with a large wooden table as a standout piece.

The apartment has 5 bedrooms: 2 of them are standard size and 3 are attic rooms. The master bedroom is on the second floor and is accessed by a spiral staircase. It has a double bed from which you can enjoy wonderful views of the city\'s rooftops. The other standard bedroom has another double bed.

The attic bedrooms have a reduced ceiling height. Although you cannot stand up in them, they have been tastefully furnished and have very comfortable quality beds. They have an exterior window in the roof. One of them has a single bed, another a double bed and the third two single beds.

The apartment has two fully equipped bathrooms with showers.

The living room is very comfortable: with a large yellow sofa and many colourful cushions, it will be perfect for relaxation.

Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you will need the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
