Just 30 metres from the enchanting beach of Loiri Porto San Paolo, in front of the spectacular view of Tavolara Island, Casa La Vigna is the ideal place for an exclusive holiday in Sardinia.
The house, located in the Piazzetta area of Loiri Porto San Paolo, has all the features to allow a comfortable and relaxing stay. Inside it is spread over 2 levels and consists on the ground floor of a living room with a sofa double bed, kitchen, a bedroom with 2 singles that can be joined and a bathroom, upstairs a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined a bathroom and a balcony with sea view. Outside Casa La Vigna there is a covered patio with a private garden with table and chairs useful for wonderful moments of relaxation, outdoor shower with hot and cold water and private parking space.
It has a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Moka coffee machine.
Casa La Vigna, located in a particularly strategic and convenient position, is very close to all the main services and is 700m from the city centre, restaurants, supermarkets and shops and 15km from Olbia airport.
Porto San Paolo is a seaside resort on the northeast coast of Sardinia. The beaches are famous for the turquoise colours of the sea and for the view of the Island of Tavolara.
