Just 4 minutes’ walk away from Luxury Apartment – Town Centre North Stevenage can be found Hertfordshires hidden gem – Stevenage Old Town. Quiet streets, green spaces and a row of independent shops and restaurants make it an ideal detour on a visit to the town.

Stevenage is dominated by roundabouts and cycleways. For getting about locally there is the extensive cycle network.

For travel further afield, transport options to and from Stevenage are plentiful; the station – just 9 minutes’ walk away – has connections to major locations such as Cambridge, Leeds and London, with King’s Cross just 25 minutes away.
The A1(M), which runs to the west of the town, connects Stevenage to London and the north.

The apartment is on the first floor with left access, the North block accessed at the end of the car park, however, the keysafe is located near to the entrance of the carpark.

ACCESS: The main entrance, internal doors, lift and apartment door is via 'keyless entry' and the fob can be collected from a keysafe.

To locate the key box, please go to the vehicle entrance of the platform car park. As you enter the carpark, either on foot or in a vehicle, on the left you will see a pedestrian path, rising slightly upwards. There is a low brick wall either side of the path. When you reach the top of the incline, there is a metal cage several metres in front of you. Attached to the cage meshing are a number of key boxes- the 2x black StayZo key boxes are on the left of the mesh, about chest height.

The key box for your apartment is on the left and in white writing it says 'StayZo 1'.
Please enter the code to this key box to extract the fob.

KEY BOX INSTRUCTION: Please open the front flap, enter the code, pull the top and bottom catch - found on the number pad - downwards simultaneously. The front of the keysafe will open outwards - and is hinged at the bottom. After the keys have been extracted, please repeat the process to close it.

Stevenage short break

Property fine, as we expected but I wouldn’t call it luxury. As we are older people we weren’t familiar with the systems now used as things have changed during the last five years that we have been out of the loop for various reasons. We were okay and are now more prepared for the next time. I think, in particular we would have been happier with earlier instructions but it seems that is how it is now. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

My wife is a nurse. Throughout both of our careers, we have worked with many different people, from seniors to juniors and others from outside our specialities. For our private holiday breaks and for work, we have travelled extensively throughout the world and we have stayed in many different types of accommodation and have experienced many different levels of service and hospitality. Our aim is to consolidate all of our professional skills, our people friendly skills together with a great understanding of hospitality and customer service to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
