Villa Mares by Villa Plus
If a central location is important to you, it doesn't get much better than this! Villa Mares is a fresh and bright 4 bedroom villa set in an ideal location, within walking distance of the popular resort of Calan Forcat. The large private pool is surrounded by an attractive patio area with a large brick BBQ and shaded terrace - the perfect place for a spot of al fresco dining. WiFi, air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge as well as pool heating (for the 2025 season only) are included.
Villa Mares has a fantastic location in the sought after resort of Calan Forcat, just a few minutes walk from the centre of the resort. There are a choice of fabulous sandy beaches and coves in the area as well as a great selection of shops and places to eat. The islands old capital of Ciutadella is also just a short drive away.
Main pool: 10 x 5 mtr, 1.1 - 1.8 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
