The house was nice, great game room! The pool & hot tub were beautiful. The four bedrooms had 2-3 queen beds per room. I did pay for an extra day & it seemed like the wi-fi & heat were turned off that last day. The house was freezing. All in all it was a good house for our group of 8.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed the house very much. My two daughters and their families and I stayed there. My son and his family who live in LV joined during day. Everyone enjoyed the pool, the games and the pool table. Lots of room to spread out!

Family Reunion

The luxurious property was as advertised. The location is close to all that Las Vegas and Summerlin have to offer. The property is upscale in a safe neighborhood close to all conveniences. Ace was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The property is well furnished with plenty of towels both bath and pool. The beds were plush and comfortable. Be careful the property is so accommodating and comfortable you may not want to leave. zzzz

Great Stay!!!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed the stay at your property. Great pool and hot tub with plenty of outdoor space. Location between the Strip and Summerlin was ideal. Very responsive management.

Very comfortable home. Great pool!

We came to Vegas for my son's wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. My adult children and their spouses really enjoyed quick access to the strip and coming back for a soak in the hot tub. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

Big house worked great for our needs!

We were a team of 3 and used this house to help support our companies photo for merchanise. This location worked perfectly to support not only our photos, but to host our team during the days. Would highly recommend for any large group! The house as well was extremely well stocked and very liveable for long term stays.

Great family reunion!

Such a wonderful location for our small family group to get together and enjoy ourselves. My brothers and sister and spouses all got to kick back and relax while also experiencing the best of Las Vegas. The pool and hot tub were delightful while the accommodations suited us perfectly. From the wonderful kitchen to going out on the town we were easily able to do whatever suited us in the moment. I highly recommend this location.

Wonder place to gather with friends

This place is a gem! Each of us had our own comfy bed and the number of bathrooms was wonderful. The pool was sparkling clean, and the backyard really has that oasis feel. We loved gathering in the common spaces and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a little extra space in Vegas!

Vegas in a flash

Had a group of 8 seniors together for a quick reunion. Property was large and roomy to accommodate us all very well. We ate and hung out at the house most of the time. Outdoor area is spectacular to relax and enjoy the pool etc. The property management was outstanding and responsive to any of our needs. Would definitely recommend for larger groups and I will definitely stay there again in the future.

Perfect Place for Us

We're a group of aging soccer players from Montana and stayed at the Canyon Gate house during a three-day tournament. It was perfect for us -- a beautiful house, extremely thoughtfully set up with everything you need, and a delightful place to relax and soak our tired bones in spa and pool, grill on the patio, lay back and watch sports in the viewing room, after numerous matches on the soccer fields. Thanks so much, and we'll definitely be back!

Family Stay

We loved our stay at this house. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Our kids loved all of the rafts and floaty’s which were supplied. House is very well laid out with a lot of informative labels. There are a lot of beds and a lot of couches so a lot of room for our family to spread out. The check in process was very smooth. The only hiccup we ran into was that the dishwasher was broken, but the owner informed us ahead of time and supplied paper plates, plastic cups and plastic ware for us which was an added bonus. Would definitely rent here again. Great neighborhood, too!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and it looked just like the photos. They also stocked the bathrooms and pool with lots of towels which was great. The pool was not clean when we first got there, there were a lot of sticks and debris in the bottom of it and there was also an issue with the spa not working the first day of our trip which they did send someone out to fix the hot tub and clean the pool the following day. It was a bummer having to wait a day into our stay to swim at all, but aside from that we had a great time staying here!

Not great

Had some problems right off the bat. Someone used the bathroom and didn't flush the toilet. Come to find out it didn't work tho it was repaired quickly after we contacted property manager. Furniture was in bad condition it had some holes in it and had to sit on throw pillows because it was so low to ground we couldn't get up from it. One chair in the corner couldn't be used Put my hand on it so I could slip on my shoe and the arm and leg nearly fell off.

Bad plumbing

Overall it was bad. We booked Thursday to Monday but from Saturday to Monday it was terrible. The wash room started to flood after we washed our uniforms. Then shortly after the toilets all started to back up and over flow to. We could not use the rest rooms all night. We would pee without flushing but as for #2 we held it to we got to the park. The plumber came 3x to fix this problem and it was not fixed till we left. It was the most stressful and uncomfortable vacation stay we all ever had. Then to top it off we only got a $150 refund :(. That don’t cover us not being able to use the bathroom and the hours I spent tryna stop the flood from going all over the house. The water leaking smelt like sewer as well. Nice house but plumbing messed up our vacation. Wish the owner refunded us a fair amount.
