Beautiful cosy seafront 2 bed apartment with private parking - sleeps 4
Visit "Worthing Beach 180" and enjoy the magnificent 180 degree sea views from both the living room and kitchen breakfast room with the convenience of a private parking space at the door.
Recently renovated with no expense spared, this first floor apartment has every amenity you could want for a romantic getaway or family break by the sea.
Beach 180 is perfectly located for those who want to dip in and out of the buzz and action of central Worthing, or who want their car to hand to explore a bit more of Sussex.
You are a short walk from the town centre and pier (which you can see from your windows) but have a quiet stretch of beach right opposite you to enjoy away from the crowds and a peaceful spot to retreat to between all the holiday activities !
Enjoy the coastal views by day and the twinkling lights by night, take a stroll into Worthing along the beach and past the fresh fish sellers, outdoor gym and beach huts and try out some of the many and varied restaurants, cafes and cocktail bars Worthing has to offer.
The space
Beach 180 has plenty of living space with adjoining South facing kitchen breakfast room and lounge diner - both with sea views. You'll find a comfy corner sofa, 2 dining areas, 43 inch Samsung smart TV, super fast broadband, DVD player, DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven, gas hob & large fridge freezer.
The bedrooms offer a king size bed and 2 singles. There is space for a travel cot in the main bedroom - if you would like to use our Cuggl travel cot, please let us know when you book and remember to bring your own cot bedding, high chair, sippy cups etc.
The modern shower room is compact with electric power shower.
The private parking space is at the front of the property - essentially the stoned front garden - so it couldn't be more convenient to come and go.
You will have the apartment to yourself for your stay.
Other things to note
- The apartment is on the first floor with one set of stairs (split into 2 sections) to access the apartment's private front door.
- Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete a booking form detailing the guests on the booking and their nationality. Passport details are required for any guests who are not British, Irish or Commonwealth. (This is a legal requirement)
- Bookings cannot be sold or transferred and all facilities are exclusively for the use of your group - no parties / events and no additional guests may be at the property at any time
- Strictly no smoking, vaping or illegal substances or activities at the property
- No burning of candles or other flammables
(battery candles and fairy lights are provided to create the atmosphere without the fire risk)
- No charging of electric vehicles â this poses a fire risk and constitutes energy theft.
- All windows must be closed and doors locked whenever you go out and the communal door to the building must be kept closed AT ALL TIMES
Anyone found to be in breach of any of the above conditions will be asked to leave immediately without refund and having forfeited their security deposit.
- Any damage not reported on arrival may be chargeable
- Please leave the property in good order - dispose of rubbish in external bins (recycling in blue lid bin)and wash up and put away any kitchen items used. Please leave keys on the dining table at check-out.
- Check out is 10am to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests, therefore late checkouts will be chargeable at a rate of ÂŁ15 for every 15 mins or part thereof.
- Charges apply for lost or damaged keys and guests would be responsible for locksmith call out fees.
- Please note that the parking area and entrance door to the property are monitored by RING camera.

I love being by the sea, love eating out and sampling the odd cocktail ! Worthing has it all - you could try a different cuisine every day without leaving the town though there are lots of other local towns to visit too !

We have put a lot of thought into kitting out our apartment comfortably and with everything you could want to enjoy your break by the sea - i really hope you like it !
The location is amazing. The wander into town along the beach takes you past fish sellers, the outdoor gym, picnic & BBQ area, bike hire, paddle board hire, the arty quarter, the beach huts and various cafes. Continue up the seafront to the pier or into the town centre, hire a bike to cycle up the prom or rent a paddle board or a kayak - its all just a short walk away.
Coming home from an evening out, the festoon lights guide you home from town along the seafront path right to your door and the night bus from Brighton stops directly opposite. It couldn't be more convenient !

I have never seen a better sea view than from the large front bay windows of this apartment - there is always something to watch, whatever the time of year or the weather, and with the windows open on a sunny day, you can hear the waves and smell the sea.
