Inside, the accommodation is across one level and sleeps 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned (cold/warm on a timer) bedrooms, a double and two twins that share the use of two bathrooms. There is a well designed and fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with lots of cupboard space, appliances and a breakfast table, a lounge and dining room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a DVD player. Double doors lead out onto a covered and furnished terrace overlooking the pool and gardens and here you will also find a cooking area with a sink and built-in barbecue oven, perfect for al fresco dining. The garden has a lovely lawn area with trees and Mediterranean plants surrounding the swimming pool and sun terrace. This makes for lots of quiet places in the shade of trees, as well as plenty of room for children to play. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air-conditioning on all units from 14.00 to 16.00 and from 20:00 to 04:00. These times can not be extended or changed.
