The relatively quiet town of Tossa de Mar possesses a beautifully preserved and restored old city centre. It is only the most beautiful towns along the fully developed southern coast of the Costa Brava. In Tossa de Mar, the fortress of Vila Vella with its narrow streets and stairwells has been beautifully preserved. In the romantic fortress you will find some excellent restaurants and many shops which will certainly allow you to find some great souvenirs.
