Welcome to the divine stylish villa.
Luxury seafront pool villa is located in the heart of beautiful Dalmatia, the small town of Pirovac surrounded by untouched nature, and it is ideal for a luxury vacation in a secluded and private, quiet location. A small, quiet beach is right in front of the villa.
The Villa consists of a ground floor with a spacious living room with TV/DVD and a warm and welcoming fireplace. On this level, there is also the main kitchen, fully equipped, and a dining table. The living room exits to the beautiful, spacious terrace overlooking the sea. The terrace offers an outside dining area with a dining table, bar, and a stone barbecue, a sunbathing area with beautiful sight, and a swimming pool. Together with the lounge area and greenery, it makes this outdoor living area the most relaxing part of the villa. The terrace also has an outdoor shower, a dressing room, a bathroom, and a small playground for children.
The entire property is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and wonderful rosemary scents, mandarins, and palm trees.
The Space:
The first floor of the villa is divided into two wings. Each of them is set on two floors with their private staircase. Each wing comprises three double bedrooms and one smaller children’s bedroom with bunk beds, two bathrooms, and two more toilets.
The first floor also has a kitchen and a living room with TV/DVD and a seating area. This living room also exits to the terrace with seating furniture and stunning and relaxing views of the sea and island of Murter.
In total, the villa offers 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 separate toilets. Villa accommodates 16 guests comfortably.
All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, safe and Wi-Fi. Bed linens are changed twice a week. Private parking for 8 cars is available.
A special feature of the villa is a small boat (6 meters long) on disposal for the guests with license and 2 kayaks. This way, guests can explore the beauty of the area and the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
