This apartment has 2 terraces in the Benal Beach complex.

The apartment has 1 double bed and there is also a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is very bright and is fully equipped with everything necessary. Including... Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, TV, Wifi and a large open-plan living room that opens onto the dining terrace.

The official capacity of the apartment is 3 people according to current regulations. If you have any special needs or are a group of 4, do not hesitate to consult us before booking.

Benal Beach is a well-known complex located directly in front of the beach. We have a wide range of facilities for you to enjoy during your stay, including 5 swimming pools, slides, gym and supermarket.

The building has lifts.

Total access to the communal areas such as the 5 swimming pools with slides, gardens, sunbeds (payable), bar, pool bar, restaurant, games room, etc. There is also a supermarket located on the ground floor open from Monday to Sunday.

CHECK-IN: 24h Reception. Entry at any time from 3 pm (except from 15 June to 15 September - entry from 4 pm onwards). Early entry before the official check-in time, upon request and with a supplement of €20 if possible.

SWIMMING POOLS: Only one swimming pool will remain open during the winter season. For maintenance purposes, it will alternate between the large pool (non-heated) and the mermaid pool (heated to 23°C)

Opening hours for swimming pools and slides may vary depending on the season and do not depend on Benalcoast Properties, nor can we accept claims for this reason or for pool closures.

PARKING: Parking space subject to availability.

Community satellite television, subject to community signal - we are not responsible for loss of signal.

Gym in the building, with supplement, direct payment at the gym.

Tourist options in Benalmádena:

- Benalmádena Sea Life Aquarium - Located in the marina of Benalmádena, this is a conservation and protection centre for sharks inaugurated in 1995. The Sea Life brand belongs to the Merlin Entertainment group, which manages more than twenty aquariums in Europe.

- Dolphinarium and Penguin of Selwo Marina - Park that houses the only Dolphinarium and Ice Penguin in Andalusia.

There are 1.3 km from the Arroyo de la Miel train station to Benalbeach: Atenas Gym is in the complex with daily and weekly rates that you can consult directly with them. Taxi and bus stops are located at the entrance of the complex.
