There are two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is off-road parking for 2 cars, a front garden with lawn, patio and furniture and access to large lawned grounds with ponds, woodlands and an orchard. This property will accept one well-behaved dog, however, smoking is not permitted. For you local conveniences, you'll find a shop within 3.2 miles and a pub within 3.3 mile. A rural retreat to Lincolnshire awaits with a stay at 1 Eastview. Note: The property next door is accessed via the driveway, but is gated off.
