Finca Bougainvillea is an impressive holiday villa with a private pool, extensive gardens and a fantastic location. Situated on a wooded hillside with far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside and mountains yet only 5 minutes drive or bicycle ride to Old Town Pollenca with its excellent selection of shops and restaurants, whilst the beaches in the resorts of Cala San Vicente and Port de Pollenca are just 10 minutes by car. The property is for 8 guests with accommodation split between the main house and the annexe so ideal for families/friends wishing to holiday together and also have some privacy when required. The main house comprises a bright and spacious open plan lounge/dining area with panoramic views and walls decorated with beautiful artworks, painted by the owner. A modern and well-equipped kitchen that can be separated from the lounge by a sliding door. Two bedrooms, a double and a twin that share a large bathroom with sunken bath and a separate walk-in shower. The annexe is divided into two parts with an interconnecting door that can be either locked or un-locked to your preference. The first part has an open-plan furnished lounge/dining/kitchenette with patio doors and a terrace, a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite shower room. The second part has a double bedroom, a separate shower room and a lounge area with comfortable sofas. Outside, the property is set within mature gardens with a large lawn, Bougainvillea and furnished terraces on different levels. In addition to the spectacular views, highlights include a private pool, alfresco dining, built-in barbecue, table tennis and a Sauna* (*on request at additional charge). Accessed via a sweeping drive lined with fruit trees, Finca Bougainvillea provides a private, idyllic retreat for relaxing holidays and a convenient location close to shops, restaurants, attractions and beaches!
