Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 4 (private). Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This beautifully presented cottage is in the heart of Bakewell, a town famous for its tasty puddings and padlock bridge amongst other things. Due to the cottage being on the hills you benefit from the outstanding, far reaching views of the town, golf course and beyond. Bakewell is home to traditional markets, it is great to walk around the local shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants that are all within walking distance of the property. Nestled in the heart of the Peak District, Bakewell is surrounded by many local attractions including Castleton Caves, the Monsal Trail, Chatsworth House and more. If you are a keen walker you are truly spoilt for choice in a location like this.
On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen diner with all you need to cook up your favourite meal; a living room with feature fireplace and TV. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor with a freestanding bath and shower enclosure. Please note the stairs are relatively steep. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Every room within the property is finished to a standard of excellence. Step out from the patio doors of the sitting room into the most delightful rear garden, complete with an additional dining area and enclosed lawn.
