Comfortable two-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and balcony for maximum 5 persons.
This graceful apartment is furnished in traditional Tyrolean style.
It is made of a double room and a twin room, a wide living room with single closet bed, sofa, dining table and satellite TV, a small separate kitchen and a wide balcony facing South, with a wonderful mountain view.
You will find two bathrooms with toilet, basin and Bathtub with integrated shower, as well as an additional WC with basin.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery and much more.
The wide balcony turns around most of the apartment and looks southwards. It is the gem of the apartment as it offers a magnificent view on the Saslong mountain.
Wi-Fi, towels and linen are provided for free use.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:
- Adults (from 14 years): 5
- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure
Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.
House Soval offers a comfortable two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and balcony with view in Ortisei Val Gardena.
This holiday rental is located in a panoramic position, looking southwards, in the eastern part of Ortisei. It comes with the typical charm of the mountain houses in the Dolomites.
The promenade can be reached in 100 m from the house and leads in a couple of minutes walking, or by bike to the town center of Ortisei. Over the same path you can reach Santa Cristina and Selva Val Gardena as well.
The ski lifts can be reached in few minutes using the free public ski bus, stopping only 200 m from the house.. An alternative bus line stopping 400 m away leads also to the cableways of Santa Cristina and Selva.
The first bars, restaurants and shops can be found less than 200 m away. For the supermarkets and ski rentals the distance is approx. 500 m.
The location, the wonderful mountain view and the closeness to the promenade and cycling path make the House Soval the perfect solution for a mountain holiday in the Dolomites.
The wide apartment comes with a specious balcony with mountain view, Wi-Fi, towels and linen for free use.
For stays of at least 7 nights the property offers a free mid-week cleaning.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
