This Regency period cottage rests in Mobury, Devon.
The cottage based in the stunning South Hams area boasts an open fire and period features. On street parking just outside the cottage and a COOP only a couple hundred meters away makes the location very convenient.
Beaches can be easily accessed with the closest being only 5 miles away and Bigbury and Bantham beach only a short drive.
Close to local hotspots such as Totnes and Salcombe. Dartmoor less than 10 miles away and offers beautiful walks and views.

There is one king-size bedroom served by an adjacent bathroom, sleeping a total of two guests. The cottage also hosts a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with an open fire.

My names Elliot, I grew up close to Modbury and have always loved the area. Being in such close proximity to the beach is a real bonus with great surfing and swimming spots only 10/15 minute drive away.
