MAGNIFICENT MEDITERRANEAN VILLA, COMPLETELY PRIVATE, ALL COMFORT WITH SWIMMING POOL AND SPECTACULAR SEA VIEWS ... AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL ROOMS
This superb typical and detached house located on a plot of 500 mÂČ planted with Mediterranean species is located on the Costa Brava in the town of Roses, 400 mÂČ from the very pretty beach of Canyelles petite.
The spacious and comfortable accommodation is located on the hillside. Canyelles beach, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava, is 2 minutes away by car or 400 meters downhill on foot.
Summary: A beautiful modern and comfortable villa of 140mÂČ able to accommodate up to 8 people with numerous terraces, a very pretty private swimming pool designed to accommodate young and old.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one suite). It is furnished and decorated with care and a lot of taste is brought to the details.
There is satellite TV, Wifi, air conditioning, household linen not provided can be rented from us (25 euros per person).
The house has private parking spaces for 2 cars in the enclosed grounds.
Ideal location, very sunny, multiple terraces with magnificent views of the bay.
Access to the house is via a staircase of 35 steps which can be inconvenient for people with reduced mobility.
Upper floor: A bright living room with two sofas, armchairs, coffee table, satellite TV and flat screen.
A dining area with a table for 8 people and a large bay window offering a panoramic sea view.
32 mÂČ terrace with an outdoor table for 8 people.
A glazed terrace to enjoy the sun in winter, a large open kitchen with two fridges â a freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, various electrical appliances. household items and plenty of crockery and cutlery.
