We paid attention to every detail to ensure that this house is not only comfortable, but safe and easy to maintain as well. With 5 bedrooms, there's plenty of space for two families to enjoy their vacation together. Four of the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable 160cm beds, while the fifth bedroom has two beds for children. Two of the bedrooms also feature en suite bathrooms, while the others share a bathroom on the second floor. Every bedroom on the second floor has doors leading out to a balcony, with stunning views of the pool area. There's even a small WC on the first floor for added convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the necessary appliances, including an automatic espresso machine and an ice and cold water dispenser built right into the fridge. And when it's time to cook up some delicious meals, the outdoor barbecue is just steps away from the kitchen.

Villa Anna also boasts floor heating and individually adjustable air conditioning in every bedroom, as well as in the common areas. And when it's time to relax and unwind, guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi and two flat-screen TVs with access to IP TV and Netflix. But the real star of the show is the 8x4 meter saltwater pool, complete with an automatic cleaning system and four massage jets. While the pool isn't heated, it's warm enough to enjoy as early as May, with a temperature of 24C.
