VillAgioi villa III is a 2 bedroom + 3 bathroom 80sq m modern compact 2 floor villa, suitable for 4 guests in beds. An additional 1 guest can be accommodated in upstairs space with a pull out sofa. The villa is entered through the main gate from the parking area and you are immediately in the outdoor space with the pool and BBQ area.

From the entrance of the villa is the open plan living room and kitchen with seating/living area. The sofa faces a 40 inch smart TV with PlayStation 4, coffee table and sliding glass panels door fot the seamless outdoor access. The living room area has sliding panel doors for direct seamless transition between the villa and outdoor pool area. The kitchen is eurodesign, full stainless steel appliances and high breakfast bar suitable for 2 guests.

Located on the ground floor with a pool view. The ensuite bedroom includes a Coco Mat mattress Queen size bed (1,70 x 2,00) with a comfortable mattress topper. The room also includes Smart 32"TV, A/C, open closet area and luggage shelf. The split full ensuite bathroom has a toilet area and shower cabin.

The ensuite bedroom includes a Coco Mat mattress King size bed (1,80 x 2,00) with a mattress topper, that can also be separated to create 2 singles (0,90x 2,00) upon prior request. The room also includes Smart 32"TV, A/C, open closet area, and a luggage shelf. The split ensuite full bathroom has a toilet area and shower cabin.

This is an additional sleeping area space on this level next to the master suite which has the pull-out sofa for the additional guest.
