Alla på Oahu känner till Ilikai Marina; fråga alla kama'aina (lokala). Pink Plumeria ligger mitt i handlingspunkten för båthamnen och strandparken Ala Wai (Ala Moana) och hundratals andra magiska intressanta platser, men är ändå anmärkningsvärt trevlig, bekväm och lyxig. Vid 679 kvadratmeter anses denna lägenhet vara stor av Waikiki vid havet standarder.

Föreställ dig själv när du tittar på utvecklingskanotraktioner, hejar på surfare i världsklass eller rostar den brinnande solnedgången med din Mai Tai från vårt helt renoverade och uppdaterade lyxiga bostadsrätt. Eller kanske förundras över fredagskvällen på Hilton från en av de bästa utsikten i stan. Fridfullt, lugnt, havsfronten och småbåtshamnen med 180 graders utsikt över havet och småbåtshamnen. En riktig enhet med ett sovrum, en stor skjutdörr stängs för att skilja vardagsrummet från sovrummet, men kan vara öppet för att få lägenheten att se ut och känna sig större.

Vår enhet ligger i den mer lugna Ewa-änden av Waikiki, men bara några minuter från Ala Moana Mall, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Ft. Derussy, Magic Island, Duke's och 100 andra tropiska destinationer, särskilt den glittrande vita sandstranden i Waikiki - världens "roligaste" strand!

Vill du inte laga mat? Två "Bästa i Honolulu" -restauranger ligger inom en minuts promenad: Chart House och Sarentos Top of the 'I. även Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster och Harbor Pub ligger också mindre än en minuts promenad bort. På väg till stranden kan du stanna av på Cinnamons restaurang för mat, dryck och "lokal kine" hula och musik. Allt detta inom en minuts promenad.

Lokalbefolkningen älskar utseendet och känslan av Ilikai Marina, och du kommer också. Den varma känslan av aloha lugnar försiktigt dina bekymmer när du kopplar av i den lokala livsstilen för kine. Många av våra gäster bry sig inte ens om att hyra en bil; "Bussen" är konsekvent rankad som det bästa kollektivtrafiksystemet i USA.

Det finns ett offentligt parkeringsgarage bredvid vår byggnad, och parkering är för närvarande $ 23 per dag. För närvarande kan långtidsgäster köpa ett två månaders parkeringspass för 255 dollar. Om du använder det bifogade parkeringshuset kan du gå direkt från din bil till vår enhet; ingen hiss eller trappa att klättra med ditt bagage eller matvaror. Det finns också en allmän parkeringsplats varje timme framför vår byggnad och runt marinan. Ovanstående priser kan komma att ändras.

Vi har också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten (vänligen kontakta ägaren om du vill använda snälla, eftersom stadskoden har gjort vissa ändringar), storbilds-TV och tyst central luftkonditionering! Wonderful!

The condo was as pictured - but better! The views of the marina were great and everything was clean and lovely. Location, location, location! It was a perfect spot for dining, shopping, going to the beach, and so many activities. I would recommend!

Great location, clean and roomy condo with great WiFi

Well organized host, many thoughtful touches. Wonderful location in heart of a marina, very clean, well maintained and roomy condo. Convenient discount parking available in same building. Strong Wi-Fi, easy to work remote in condo. Zoom, VOIP calls, and remote file access worked well, excellent reliable internet connection. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo ! Great loacation !

Stayed for two weeks in May at the Pink Plumeria. This condo is absolutely beautiful, clean well decorated and updated with A well stocked kitchen with everything you would ever need. The view from the living room and lanai are amazing looking over the Marina and and the surf at Ala Moana Bowls.we could walk to everything, Great beach in front of the Hilton Hawaiin Village 2 minute walk. There is a Chart House Rest. on the ground floor of the building with a great happy hour and live hawaiin music every night. We cant wait to return ! Thanks Rex and Erica !

Pink Plumeria Waikiki

Just arrived home back to Florida from a weeks stay at the Pink Plumeria in Waikiki. This was my first experience with VRBO, and can attest that this location and property is every bit and more than was expected. My (2) teens and myself set-out on a Family adventure and were very pleased with the acccomodations. If your looking for more than a hotel, then this is the place. Shopping, Restraurants, and convenient stores within walking distance. We loved so much, I wish I could ship my personal belongings and move in for good! All the comforts of home and more. We plan on returning as offen as possible.

Clean Convenient Comfy

We stayed at Pink Plumeria for the 2018 Honolulu Marathon. My husband was running I was watching. This condo was very convenient to the start line. Unfortunately the finish line was nearly 2 miles away so it was a difficult walk back at the end of the race. The condo was very clean and had everything necessary for our stay. The lagoon and beach were just a short walk. Convenience store and restaurants were steps away. We enjoyed the corner pub for drinks and pizza and the Hilton Hawaiian Village is just around the corner for shopping and ice cream. The bed and furnishings are cozy and comfortable. I’m glad we chose Pink Plumeria for our Oahu stay.

Honolulu Stay

Location of condo is ideal, it’s close to everything - beach, restaurants, mall etc. Communication with the host was smooth, no issues. The condo has everything you need for your stay. Furniture seems a bit outdated, but comfortable. The balcony is only big enough to stand, no real space to sit down and enjoy your morning brew, but the views and sunset make up for that. The washer and dryer was out of service in the condo so we had to pay to use the community laundry on the 8th floor which was inconvenient. There was an issue with roaches in the kitchen area of the condo but apparently this is an issue everywhere in Hawaii, the guide book that’s left for you explains that they’re everywhere but they fumigate the building regularly - it’s still shocking when you randomly see them running on the counter and under the sink so that’s something to consider. Overall the condo was nice and would stay again

100% Perfect

The Pink Plumeria was everything we had hoped for and more! This is a gorgeous, one bedroom condo, with panoramic marina and ocean views, including full sunset and partial sunrise. Spectacular! While in the Pink Plumeria, you can relax and enjoy the beauty of Waikii from the comfort of a nicely remodeled condo. Watch sailboats and fishing boats, surfers, and kids playing in the lagoon, all from the condo living-room and the bedroom. When you are ready for action, take the elevator down 5 floors and step out to the marina, walk 100 yards to the lagoon or beach. Want food? Four great restaurants on your block. Groceries? One block to the ABC store, which is stocked with just about anything you will need for your stay. The owners, Max and Erica, clearly love their place and want everyone who stays there to love it as much as they do. They certainly succeeded!

Fantastic in Every Way

As expressed by another reviewer, it’s difficult to add to the other reviews; although we can certainly confirm them. We vacationed in Honolulu for 10 days to visit our son, who is stationed on Oahu. I can’t imagine a better location for a vacation in Honolulu, and this was the best vacation rental unit we’ve ever stayed in. It is exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The kitchen has virtually everything one could want; and the beach gear includes chairs, umbrella, ice chest, and even a back pack. The location is extremely convenient, with a variety of restaurants right in the building, a small grocery right across the street, and within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and many other restaurants in the Waikiki area. And, of course, the view of the marina and ocean is spectacular! Sunset is a photo opportunity every day. Rex and Erica, as well as local contacts Ryan and Kelly, are very responsive and delightful to deal with. We highly recommend this unit, and it will certainly be our first choice when we return to Honolulu.

Great place to stay! Erica and Rex are awesome hosts and gave us lots of information and insider tips, like Hawaiian music on channel 800 24/7 which we enjoyed everyday and made us truly feel we were in Hawaii! The kitchen was stocked with all of the standard cooking items plus extras that we rarely find in a vrbo like cooking spray, cheese grater, colander, pitcher, sheet trays, foil, plastic wrap etc. the coffee maker takes basket filters. There was a closet full of beach goodies to use including boogie boards, chairs, noodles and a cooler plus a few other things I have forgotten. Also provided was another closet with books as well as the essential blue book Oahu revealed to use, had I known wouldn't have lugged mine all the way over and back. We walked to the Ala Moana park every morning and also took several walks over to the Ala Moana mall which is huge and has an excellent food court. The location affords easy access to all highways for island exploration and parking in the garage on the 5th floor allows you to walk to the condo without taking an elevator. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. Thank you Erica and Rex for sharing your place with us.

Relaxing view convenient location

This condo was exactly as presented, with a stellar view of the marina! It was completely well stocked in the kitchen and everywhere. There was great communication between us and the owners and property manager. The location is walking distance to major beaches, restaurants, and shops. You can walk to view Luau’s for free given by the major hotels nearby, and watch Friday night fireworks . It is also easy to walk to the swimming beaches. Our condo was on the fifth floor and was quiet, no street noise or noise from the nearby restaurants. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the sofa bed was OK but not the most comfortable. We had one minor plumbing problem which was quickly fixed. We paid $23 a Night for parking which was less than surrounding areas and it was easy to walk in and out of the condo from the fifth floor. We did not enjoy driving up and down the parking structure but that comes from staying in a major metropolitan area. We found it rather grueling to drive around because we did a lot of back-and-forth driving and found the lanes, signals,pedestrians, quite a challenge to manuever about. If we needed to drive somewhere beyond walking distance we found parking challenging. I would probably Uber around next time. Anyhow, A+ for the condo, C- for driving in Waikiki

Amazing Location for Water Activities!

We stayed in this condo from 10/01 - 10/08 in 2024, and were very happy with it! There are a ton of walkable activities nearby, but even if you have a car, parking on the 5th floor and walking in to the condo was a breeze! I only gave it a 4-star on the listing accuracy because the "king size" bed is definitely two twin beds pushed together. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay!

This condo is located in an area that is easily accessible to all kinds of activities. Rex and Erica have outfitted it with anything you would need. They are very nice and accommodating. It was a delight to stay here and to deal with them. When we had a problem it was dealt with immediately. Read the binder left in the condo, it will explain everything and you will have a terrific stay!

Pink Plumeria

Rex and Erica and fantastic hosts. The communication was above and beyond and their Oahu contact responded to my texts straight away. Erica made a binder with everything you need to know about the condo as well as recommendations on restaurants and fun activities to do and see. The location is perfect. Just few blocks from Ala Moana Center where you’ll find my fav Foodland Farms…try their Poke. The condo overlooks the harbor and you can see the beach from balcony. The kitchen is beautiful and is fully stocked with all appliances, dinner ware and cutlery. You don’t need a thing. The bath is spacious as is the bedroom. The bed is so comfortable. There’s a small TV on the dress and both the large smart TV and bedroom TV have cable. I was also able to log into my Netflix account with WiFi which was recently upgraded. The condo is easy to access and if you rented a car there are always spots on the 3rd and 4th floor. Even the staff at the Ilikai Harbour were wonderful. My daughter and I felt completely safe at all times and we had an amazing time. I will definitely be going back to Pink Plumeria. No more hotels for me!

Spectacular view

The place was as advertised, comfortable and plenty of space. The owners keep several items there for your use at the beach. The parking was very convenient and affordable. The owners and their local point of contact were all very nice and very prompt with all responses to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a great location for a reasonable price.

Just a little about us: I am a former University professor, small business owner, and management consultant for many years. Currently I am a business broker specializing in helping people buy or sell their smaller businesses in the Central Coast area of California.

My wife lived on Oahu in Lanikai and Kailua for many years, and was a successful chiropractor in Kailua. She is now a chiropractor practicing in the Santa Cruz, CA. Although she still considers herself a novice, she loves dancing and performing hula shows with her halau (hula school).

Both my wife and I love the Hawaiian people, the culture, and the Hawaiian oceansports. We have both been avid outrigger paddlers and racers for many years. I have been surfing since I was 4 years old. We get into the water whenever we can...which is never enough of course! Part of our commitment to Hawaii is to cherish and respect our opportunity to own a condo in the Land of Aloha.

We fell in love with our condo as soon as we saw it. It is in one of the most laid back areas of Waikiki, and is right next to where my wife's father worked at the old Kaiser Hospital for many years. He loved this neighborhood and lived in it for years.

Our condo is very nicely appointed, upscale, refurbished throughout, and is wonderful for those of you looking for a little less intensity with a little more of the local-kine feel of the neighborhood. Our proximity to the Hilton gives us the same beach and play opportunities, at much less cost.
