The apartment IS AIR CONDITIONED, consists of 2 bedrooms with double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room with DOUBLE sofa bed, from the living room you can access a large terrace with wonderful views of GOLF LUMINE AND ITS LAKES and PORT AVENTURA.
In its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.
The building has an elevator, SWIMMING POOLS, TENNIS COURTS, PIN PON, MINI GOLF, FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL AND CHILDREN'S AREAS
Animals are not permitted.
La Pineda is a quiet and modern maritime urban center on the Costa Dorada, located between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively city of Salou and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys delivery from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 4:30 p.m. may incur a surcharge.
Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.
4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.
8ÂșThe tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.
