Yard Cottage is a delightful traditional cottage resting on the Rousdon Estate near Lyme Regis and can sleep six guests in three bedrooms.

Amenities: Oil-fired central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed courtyard, furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.6 miles, pub 3.4 miles. Note: There are some internal steps on the ground floor so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Stair gates do not fit on the stairs of this property so please bear this in mind when booking. Town: The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!

Fantastic stay at Yard Cottage

As visitors from Canada we really enjoyed seeing Dorset and East Devon. The weather was spectacular and allowed us to enjoy all the features of the estate that surrounds Yard Cottage. The cottage is beautiful and offered us all that six adult family members needed for a short stay. The cottage itself was large enough but could have been a little cleaner as there were cobwebs on the ceiling, window sills and doorways, however, the major issue we had was that the oven stopped working on our last night. We informed the owner and rental agents but received no response. Overall we enjoyed our stay and woukld recommend this to others. Really great location.
