Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin, 1 x second-floor double. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with woodburning stove
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and grill, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher. Smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, DAB radio, Fibre WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot. Parking for one car in private car park nearby, through an archway, height restriction applies. Enclosed rear garden with patio, summerhouse and garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
