Welcome to my home!
Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.
This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.
Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one containing a double bed, and another with two single beds (with the bottom one being a pull-out), all fitted with hotel-quality linens. You'll also find multiple storage spaces are available in the bedroom.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

NOTE: There are some construction works nearby the house, so there will be some noise.
Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

The property is also within walking distance of the iconic Dom LuĂs I Bridge, an architectural marvel that connects Vila Nova de Gaia with Porto. Along the Ribeira de Gaia, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll by the river, lined with charming restaurants, cafes, and bars, all while taking in stunning views of Porto across the water.
For those who appreciate scenic views, the Jardim do Morro is just a short walk away. This beautiful garden provides panoramic vistas of Porto and the Douro River, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. For a unique experience, take a ride on the Vila Nova de Gaia Cable Car, which offers a birdâs-eye view of the area as it ascends from the riverside to the Jardim do Morro.
If youâre in the mood for some retail therapy, the El Corte InglĂ©s Gaia, a large department store, is just a short drive away, offering a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Additionally, for beach lovers, Praia de Lavadores is just a 10-15 minute drive from the property, providing a serene escape to the coast.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80⏠included.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
