Wonderful getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. Bud waa great communicating with me, allowed us to check in early which was incredibly helpful! The pool was our favorite part of the house. Great stay!

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The home was nicely decorated and extremely clean. The owner was very nice to work with. He was very responsive and allowed us to add an extra day at the last minute. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Get Away

We loved the layout of this house! The open living room and kitchen are very bright and cheery. Sadly, the January weather wasn't very conducive for using the beautiful pool. Mr. Johnson was amazingly accommodating during our 3 week stay!

This is a great location with everything you need nearby in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean with plenty of room. Pool was clean. The provided laundry facilities and beach accessories were a plus. Overall, it was a perfect place for our family during our vacation.

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We had four adults and two 11-year-olds. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed having a pool. This house was only a short drive to Manasota and Venice Beach. The owner was also very accommodating and able to move our check-in time a couple of hours earlier.

Place was cute and had lots of potential but it was not very clean and had an old smell to it. It needs a good deep cleaning. The toilets were full of rust, as was the master shower floor. The owner is very nice but his cleaning people are not doing a good job IMO. Good location, lots of beach towels and pool is cute as well. Great location! Beds were comfortable which was a big plus. The main shower has a 1/2 glass door but it sprays all onto floor so be sure to put down extra towels.

Great home

This was a great house. Clean and the location was excellent for the things we wanted to do. My kids loved the pool. This will sound crazy but one thing I really appreciate was the plastic plates and cups. It drives me batty when places say they are “kid friendly” but have zero plastic plate and cup ware. We would definitely stay at this home again. Communication with the home owner was excellent.

The house was perfect for our stay. Very clean and well appointed. The pool was clean and the water was refreshing. Very private back yard. Property manager communicated promptly with us. I would rent this house again.

Wonderful well equipped home in a great location

My 7 year old son and I really enjoyed our stay. The pool was refreshing and the house is so close to several different beaches and restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet. Hope to stay again when I am in the area!

Great stay

This was a great place to crash and relax for a week. It was VERY clean, easy to get to and in a quiet neighborhood with many places to eat and nice beaches to access. The beds were very comfortable and the lay out of the house was nice with a large glassed in dining area off the kitchen overlooking the outdoor heated, very clean pool that is maintained weekly. The pool area has a very nice outdoor large table for eating, a gas grill that we used and chairs for sitting around the pool ( only 1 chase lounge though). However the amenities in the garage for trips to the beach were amazing.. several sizes/ styles of coolers, numerous beach towels, several umbrellas, at least 4 nice beach chairs and a collapsible wagon to cart it all. The weather was cool at the beginning of the week so the pool was chilly but felt better as it warmed up throughout the week. We only found 1 bike in the garage and it had a flat tire so weren’t able to use that. There was a nice, clean washer/dryer set in the garage. The garage was a little short so we had to park the van at an angle in the double garage to get the door closed. The only recommendations would be to add a few more utensils in the kitchen.. esp cutting knives. We cooked most of our meals there and could have used better cutting knives, vegetable peeler, garlic press, spatula, glass measuring cup and a few more large bowls for serving/storing food. All in all, this was a great place to stay and we would stay there again!

Clean and comfortable!

My family and I were very happy with our stay. The house was in great condition and you could tell that the homeowners did a lot of really nice updates, including the appliances. Pool was clean and the patio was perfect for relaxing. Had plenty of bath towels, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. We really lucked out with this property!
