Villa Melita

Nestled on the west side of Kea in the peaceful area of Rondokado-Sklavonikolas, Villa Melita offers a perfect blend of seclusion, natural beauty, and convenience. Just 8 km from the port of Korissia and 2 km from the island’s capital, Ioulis, the villa is easily accessible via the scenic road connecting Ioulis to the southern beaches of Poisses and Koundouros.

Set on a lush 2,500 sq. meter estate dotted with oak trees, Villa Melita boasts panoramic 180-degree views stretching from Cape Sounion to the island of Makronissos, the port of Kea, and the shores of Evia. A nearby hill crowned with a charming whitewashed chapel adds a romantic flair, while the sunset views are simply unforgettable.

With a total living space of 200 sq. meters, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.


The main level features a spacious living and dining area with large glass doors that open to expansive verandas. Modern furnishings and thoughtful touches such as a TV, Wi-Fi, create a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. A fully equipped separate kitchen and a guest WC complete this floor.

The villa offers five well-appointed bedrooms:

First Floor


Bedroom 1: Double bed, en suite shower/WC, access to a large terrace with sea and port views; space for a baby cot.


Bedroom 2: Two single beds, en suite shower/WC.

Lower Ground Floor


Bedroom 3: Double bed and a single bed, with the option to add a baby cot or folding camp bed. Adjacent to a large bathroom with WC and bidet.

Guest house 1:

Bedroom 4: Two single beds, en suite shower/WC, refrigerator.

Guest house 2:  

Bedroom 5: Double bed, en suite shower/WC, fully equipped kitchen.

Enjoy island life to the fullest in the villa’s beautifully designed outdoor areas: A large, paved terrace shaded by pergolas, ideal for al fresco dining for 12 guests. A lower-level patio with a 4.5 x 10-meter infinity swimming pool ( that can be heated with extra cost), outdoor shower, Petanque court, BBQ area, table tennis,sun loungers, and a built-in sofa for ultimate relaxation.


For larger groups, Villa Melita can be rented together with its sister property, Villa Levanda, located on the adjacent 2,500 sq. meter estate.
